Dolce & Gabbana Men’s Collection Spring / Summer 2007

A perfect and well defined collection, with shapes and details made to enhance the beauty of the body.
A sensation of inner and exterior strength, the feeling of a healthy life.
Dolce & Gabbana gives a new meaning to tailoring, innovation and creativity; anticipating the dreams, expectations and needs of the "new" man and of his superior personal style.

White glass columns surround the stage, framing the glass catwalk.
The grandness and the importance of the stage immediately communicate a sense of Olympic perfection, strength and explicit beauty.

The unforgettable scenes from the movie "Chariots of Fire", paired with the timeless images by Herb Ritts and Bruce Weber conveying perfect volumes, unparalleled contrasts of light, great symmetries and impressive strength

All sports, like a showcase of the Olympic games

White, blue and beige, with details in dark green and bordeaux, alternated with khaki and a hint of purple

DETAILS Each detail is precise and perfect:

·Impeccably cut weightless jackets with a soft and relaxed shoulder line

·Crests with the Olympic emblems are embroidered or stitched onto the fabric

·Relaxed-fit trousers complete with 4, 5 or 6 pleats that narrow as they reach the ankle

·Shirts: the micro-collar and cuffs can be removed and substituted, creating many different and personalized versions through a mix of fabrics and colours

·Very narrow ties complete the look

As it is the only pelt in the collection, suede takes the form of shirts, vests, T-shirts, pants, suits, bomber jackets, sneakers, loafers

There are more than 25 different sneakers in the collection and they are shown with everything from casual looks, formal suits and evening wear

It is presented in two versions: the classic with a perfect and sharp cut and the alternative paired with bermuda shorts. For evening the tuxedo is replaced with a silk-satin monochromatic ensemble (jacket, pants, shirt, tie, shoe) in white, beige, navy, black or amber, both in the classic and bermuda version
